2014: A CMS IT Year End Review

It’s that time of the year again, when we all look back to the year that has passed, to celebrate the ups and to reflect on the downs.  To see what can be improved and what needs to change so the coming year will have more of the positive and less of the negative.  At CMS IT, we always look for ways to improve ourselves so we can better serve our clients and this year is no different.

2014 has been quite the journey for the CMS IT team.  In short order, we’ve had some major clients sign up for our services; our Family Day Care group is now one client away from the big 6-0; the company website got a brand new look with niftier features and more up to date content; the workforce has more than doubled and some very positive feedback from our clients were received.

New Clients

On 24 July, we welcomed Greenacres Disability Services, another Not-For-Profit organization to the CMS IT family.  With 23 sites throughout Australia, our team undertook what might as well be the biggest task we have faced so far – installing over 166 personal computers for more than 220 users while setting the goal to further update Greenacres’ entire hardware network.

Additionally, more and more Family Day Care businesses have signed up with CMS IT, which goes to show that our team is more than ready to take on more clients, more responsibilities and partnerships in the coming year.

Wrapping it Up

Looking back, our CMS IT team has learned valuable lessons and built stronger partnerships which, at the end of the day, are all we’re really after – to deliver round the clock, top of the line, one hundred percent great service to our clients.  We hope to be able to do the same next year and beyond.  Here’s hoping that the coming year holds more challenges and triumphs for our CMS IT family that would drive us to do better and continue to strive for excellence.
